Why Nate Murphy International?

When facing core legacy business system issues, you have several choices:

  1. Upgrade the System. This is an excellent way to provide service level clients with any conceivable option they might request, while simultaneously putting to rest many lingering operational issues. However, very few businesses would accept this level of wholesale disruption, and fewer still would be happy with the bill.

  2. Take it on Yourself. A fine idea, if you are able to line up the right people. A feat that is often not easily accomplished when it’s a core system design and process (business rules) that was implemented well before a majority of the staff was employed. Unfortunately these initiatives, more often than not, become stuck in the complexity of the unknown, and people begin feeling stretched between “learning a new throw-away skill” and “covering existing responsibilities”. This results in frustration, burnout, and a problem that hasn’t gone away.

  3. Ignore it and Hope it doesn’t Cause Trouble. 'I've been able to escape being hurt in the past, why would this time be different?' Quite tempting but that’s like playing chicken on the highway; it’s an action that will eventually cost you big time. You cannot afford to operate with undue risk or a chronic problem that goes unaddressed.

  4. Talk to Nate Murphy International.
Give us an opportunity to hear your issues and share a potential approach to solving the business problem. It’s extremely likely that we’ll spark one valuable idea that you would like to put into practice. This would be great, for any ideas we discuss are yours to use, even if you decide not to work with us. If we do decide to work together be assures that when we finish, the problem has been solved, the ROI has been quantified, and we are out of your hair on time.
